A full-stack AI GTM Operating System — 35 agents spanning every revenue function from BDR prospecting through CS renewal. 18 are live in production as of April 2026. This is not a pilot.
Why it matters
Each agent feeds signal into the next, creating a self-reinforcing intelligence layer across pipeline, forecasting, competitive positioning, and customer retention. No point solution achieves this compounding effect.
Revenue case
Revenue impact is being quantified as agents mature. Early signals: $800K/Q pipeline recovery, $500–750K/Q deal saves, +$1.2M ARR from deep research, +$2.4M pipeline from continuous monitoring. Formal attribution model in progress.
FY26 Q2 focus
5 agents in progress now: Pipeline Hygiene, GTM Enablement, Customer BVR, Warm Intro, Rev-Ops Slack Bot. 10 roadmap agents targeting Q2–Q3. Priority is win rate, pipeline quality, and force-multiplying the GTM org.
Competitive moat
Rev-Ops (9 agents) and AEs (8 agents) are the deepest AI coverage in the peer set. The Gartner intelligence layer — deal identification, closed-lost win-back, battlecard automation — is a category-defining differentiator tied to the 2026 MQ placement.
